I have had a circumstance on a motor conversion that "threw" a magnet out of the cage under very high rpm in a wind storm. While polyester fibreglass resin is relativaly cheap, and does work good, i HIGHLY recommend that you use some form of EPOXY resin instead. The holding capabilitys is superior for epoxy resin.

please make note of this and relay the information to anyone you know that may also be doing an induction conversion.

I would like to recommend epoxy #CR-1035, made by "dolphs" epoxy products. You should be able to purchase this material at most electric motor rewind shops.
